Eric Trump Dubbed “Delusional” Following Bold Election Prediction Amidst Father’s Conviction

Eric Trump has been labeled “delusional” after claiming that May 30 “might be remembered as the day Donald J. Trump won the 2024 Presidential Election.” The second eldest son of the former president made this statement on social media platform X after exiting the New York courtroom alongside his father, who had just been convicted.

Social media users quickly criticized Eric Trump’s comments. One user remarked, “You truly are delusional!” while another stated, “Justice. MATTERS.” Model Jules Morgan responded, “Your convicted felon daddy will never be the President of the United States.”

Donald Trump was found guilty on all 34 counts of falsifying business records related to hush money payments made to an adult film actress in an effort to influence the 2016 election. The jury’s decision came after just over 11 hours of deliberations, making Trump the first former president to be convicted of felony crimes.

The trial featured testimony from key figures such as Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels, which kept the diverse Manhattan jury engaged and attentive. Many jurors took notes and closely followed the proceedings as witnesses were questioned by both Manhattan prosecutors and Trump’s defense team.

The verdict, returned after just 11 hours, has led to a scheduled sentencing on July 11. Outside the court, a visibly shaken Trump vowed to continue his fight, calling the trial “rigged” and insisting on his innocence. He claimed, “I’m a very innocent man…This was a rigged, disgraceful trial…This was done by the Biden administration in order to hurt a political opponent. It’s a disgrace, and we’ll keep fighting. Our country has gone to hell. We’re a nation in decline.”

Trump further criticized the judge, stating, “This was a rigged decision right from day one, with a conflicted judge who should never have been allowed to judge this case…The real verdict is in November.”

As the nation awaits further developments, the conviction has undoubtedly intensified the political and legal turmoil surrounding the former president and his 2024 campaign.
