In a recent development concerning child trafficking, authorities have apprehended Abike Olonade for her alleged involvement in trafficking a 16-year-old student from Adeoye Lambo Secondary School in Obada Oko, Ogun State. Shockingly, Olonade confessed to trafficking the victim to Libya.

The Ogun State Police Command disclosed this information via their official X (Twitter) page, stating, “One Abike Olonade has been arrested for trafficking 16-year-old student of Adeoye Lambo Secondary School in Obada Oko Ogun State. She confessed that the victim has been trafficked to Libya!”

According to reports, the arrest came after thorough investigations and collaboration between law enforcement agencies. The victim’s identity has been withheld for privacy reasons.
