Three of the Youngest Kings in Nigeria.

Akubuisi Okonkwo became king of Iyiora Anam kingdom in Anambra State on January 7, 2020, aged barely 10 years old, replacing his late father, Igwe Onyeachonam Okonkwo.

Oloyede Adeyeoba, appointed as King Arujale of Okeluse aged 15, was a secondary school student. The appointment, approved by the council chaired by Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, followed his father’s demise, placing him the only successor to the kingdom.

At 18, Obi Chukwuka Noah Akaeze became the youngest monarch in Nigeria, presiding over Ubulu-Uku kingdom in Delta State. Despite his royal obligations, he pursued study and is now a law graduate from a UK institution.
