Dare Samuel Akinrodoye popularly known as COACH DREH, a professional swimming coach, embarked on an extraordinary journey by swimming across the Third Mainland Bridge from Oworoshoki to Adeniji Adele, Lagos Island, covering a distance of 11.8km in 2 hours, 33 minutes.
He embarked on this incredible feat on the 30th of March 2024, with the mission of raising awareness and campaigning against suicide and depression. He is also the CEO of Ocean 28 Swimming Academy based in Lagos.
He was received today by Governor @jidesanwoolu at the Lagos House, Marina.
Mr Governor praised his brave and exemplary act, he says the State Government will support Coach Dreh all the way on his future plans.
