VIDEO: Passengers left stranded after Arik Air cancels flight, says reimbursement would take eight month.
Some passengers have fumed when Arik Air at Port-Harcourt left them stranded after the cancellation of their flight.
According to the customers, the Airline did not disclose any cause for the cancelation but advised them that reimbursement would take eight months.
In a video posted online on Thursday, April 4, the passengers grumbled that they were instructed to come back for their flight but then it was canceled again.
A male voice was heard saying: “You cancelled a flight by 11pm at night, no excuse, no apology. You ordered us to come back here by 12:30 and we are back here and the only thing you can tell us is to wait until 7 O’clock again.
“There’s no flight and to collect your money, you have to come back in eight months to collect your money,” he continued.
