Have faith in President Tinubu – Mohammed Idris

The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, has encouraged Nigerians to have trust in President Bola Tinubu’s government as it makes attempts to solve the nation’s difficulties.
Idris revealed this on Wednesday in Kano at a “Iftar” (Breaking of Fast) with media executives and practitioners arranged by his ministry.

The minister advised Nigerians to be patient with the government adding that the administration was working hard to conquer the issues.

According to him, the government has established policies and activities that would enhance the well being of Nigerians.

He said Nigerians should have faith and confidence in the leadership of President Tinubu to guarantee effective execution of the policies and plan.

Specifically, Idris said the government was working hard in restoring the nation’s refineries.

He stated that the renovation of the Port Harcourt Refinery would be finished shortly and production would resume.

The minister deplored how the Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) was mishandled by the immediate prior administration of the bank.

He said the Tinubu’s government has restored back the lost grandeur of the apex bank via adoption of proper policies.

“The renewed hope agenda of Mr President has started yielding positive results,because the economy of the nation is gradually being revived and the challenges will soon be over,” he added.

Idris, advised media to be impartial in their portrayal of government’s policies and activities aimed at pushing the country ahead.
