Nollywood actress, Funmi Awelewa has called out an Entertainment Company for seeking clout with her colleague became brother and friend, Sisi Quadri’s death.

The entertainment business had alleged that the late star was awaiting his US Visa permission before his sad demise. According to them, his US Visa was only issued when the news of his tragic passing went out.

In a follow-up tweet, the firm informed that they will be advertising their forthcoming event to commemorate the late actor.

Funmi, who was close with the dead, rushed to her Instagram page to call them out. She added that it was unjust since Sisi Quadri never went to the embassy nor was he trying to seek a US visa before his death.

Telling them to cease the falsehoods, she emphasized how his family was grieving but they were fooling their unsuspecting followers.

Funmi noted that the fact that she is aimed towards developing a scandal-free brand and has been silent for a small while doesn’t imply she is a fool.

She mentioned how Sisi Quadri was her family, brother, coworker, and blood therefore why she knew stuff about him.

Similarly, Wumi Toriola had issued a letter to her colleagues following the news of Sisi Quadri’s death, requesting them to honor the deceased and not display his family’s sensitive times. She advised them to remain respectful, particularly at the funeral, and not develop new breakers on top of their suffering.

Wumi confessed that she was in severe anguish and could transmit her fury to anybody that angers her. Expressing affection for the departed, she paid him goodnight.

It was alleged that Sisi Quadri’s tragic passing was confirmed by his colleague Tunde Olayusuf on Instagram.

Reports made rounds that the actor died suddenly after he was transported to the hospital in his birthplace in Iwo, Osun State, after having chronic hiccups which were caused by kidney-related disorders.

A viral video of the actor moaning about his condition before his tragic demise made rounds online, which led many urging for probe into his death.

Following the news of his passing his colleagues, who had been left disturbed by the news rushed to their own Instagram pages to mourn him. The likes of Muyiwa Ademola, Folorunsho Adeola, Bukola Adeeyo, Oba K Solo, Mercy Ebosele, Jigan Babaoja, Biola Bayo, Saidi Balogun, Olayinka Solomon, Mr Latin, Fausat Balogun and others paid honor to him.

Funmi Awelewa deleted her Instagram profile picture and replaced it with dark blank photographs, wiped all images on her social media page to mourn him. In a post, she uploaded a video of herself and Sisi Quadri reminiscing about their wonderful past.

She expressed excruciating anguish on how the passing of Sisi Quadri had touched her a lot.
