Doris Ogala, a Nollywood actress, is still dragging the family of Mr. Ibu, John Okafor.
On Monday, Kemi Filani stated that Mr. Ibu’s body was removed from Evercare Hospital’s morgue. His wife and relatives carried his remains to Enugu for burial from the hospital. His sons Valantine and Daniel Okafor and other family members were on site.
Doris said that the late actor suffered so much and was striving to stay strong despite his rotting physique. She said most people dirty him.
“ahhhh this man suffered.. amidst his decaying body. he was still strong. ahhhhhh God. Most people around this man did him dirty. chai. god bless @ladyjasminec”.
In another post, she said how the family left him alone and were fighting for his property while he was still alive.
“Mr Ibu’s body leaving the mortuary in Lagos to Enugu accompanied by his first son valentine Okafor ..kai this world… these people left this man alone ..and what was more important to them was dragging money. Moving about in police station… chai. its well. @ladyjasminec God saw your heart and suffering… its well”.

Doris advocated for Jasmine Okafor, the actor’s adoptive daughter, after his death.
She said she was shattered and that Mr. Ibu wouldn’t have died if Jasmine been with him. She told Jasmine she would be OK, noting how the family rejected her.
In another post, she revealed that people messed with Ibu’s life as she claimed that the family was chasing his money and didn’t care for him. Doris stood on grounds that Jasmine was the only one who offered him love and care till they threw her out of the family.
Recall that while the star was battling for his life his family was squabbling over his contribution money. Reports said that his wife, Stella intended to take over the contribution money to finance her luxurious lifestyle, and had exploited her account to obtain N1 million from the donation.
Stella Maris, speaking out said that Jasmine was trying to make her an outsider in her marriage. Mr Ibu’s son, Daniel, however, contradicted her accusation on Jasmine as he disclosed that he was the one in control of the actor’s account.
Following this, Stella ordered their detention, but they were eventually freed and exonerated of all charges.
In January, the two were later re-arrested and the Nigerian police verified it. The police added that they had reportedly robbed the actor of the sum of N55 million and inquiry discovered text exchanges via WhatsApp between Jasmine and Daniel outlining how they colluded and planned their criminal schemes. It was also uncovered that the two staged a false marriage at the Ikoyi Magistrate Registry with plans to escape from the nation to the UK where they meant to settle with their proceeds of crime.
Taking to her YouTube channel a week back, Jasmine shed light on the event as she detailed how she met the actor, who was a friend to her late father and had functioned as a father figure to her following his demise.
